Loop-Cycle is a white-glove, full-service estate sale logistics partner and buyer concierge service.

We step in when the sale ends and handle everything required to get purchased items from the estate to the buyer — professionally, reliably, and quickly.  We remove post-sale logistics burdens for estate sale companies while acting as a dedicated concierge for buyers, from the moment they purchase to the moment their items arrive safely at home.

Loop-Cycle is the default shipping and logistics partner for a growing group of trusted estate sale companies across the greater Seattle area.

If you purchase from one of the estate sales listed below and select shipping, you don’t need to do anything else — we’ll automatically reach out once the sale closes.

We handle pickup, professional packing, and shipping directly from the estate to your door, with your preferences and priorities in mind.

Estate sales listed above use Loop-Cycle as their default shipping and logistics provider.

Loop-Cycle will also act as your local concierge and on-the-ground pickup partner for items purchased from:

• Estate sales not currently listed as Loop-Cycle partners
• “Local pickup only” auctions
• eBay or OfferUp sellers in the Seattle area
• Other Seattle-area private sellers or marketplaces

If the item is located in the greater Seattle area, we can often retrieve, pack, and ship it on your behalf.

How it works:

1. Purchase the item as you normally would.
2. Confirm with the seller that they will release the item to Loop-Cycle for pickup.
3. Contact us directly with a copy of your invoice or purchase confirmation and all relevant pickup details so we can coordinate retrieval.

From there, we handle the logistics — professionally and carefully — from pickup to delivery.

For estate sales that already use Loop-Cycle as their logistics partner, our Base Retrieval, Handling & Administrative Fee is $15.00 per invoice (reduced to $7.50 for repeat buyers).

For buyer-requested pickups — including non-partner estate sales, local-pickup auctions, or private sellers — the base fee will likely be higher, depending on distance, size, coordination requirements, seller availability, and pickup schedule.

We strongly recommend requesting a shipping estimate before bidding or purchasing.
